Set up reminders for your team and each user will be notified by email once per day with a list of past due reminders.
- Easily add reminders for your team under the Dept Reminders tab.
- Setup reminders by description, last date performed, and frequency.
- Easily visualize past due reminders with color coding.
- Email notifications are sent to alert your team for past due reminders.
Customize Department Reminders for Past Due Tasks
Easily set up custom notifications for each departmental reminder.
- Email notifications for past due reminders are sent to all department users by default. With this option, you can turn on/off notifications for each user.
View Maintenance Log of Completed Reminder Tasks
Keeps a log of all checked off reminder items for audit review.
