Organize your tasks into groups and setup individual task items according to their descriptions, frequency, types and values.
- Add as many task groups and maintenance items as needed.
- Convert your maintenance paper logs into an electronic easy to manage system that works.
- Setup checklist items that let users mark them off as completed, or numerical values that lets users enter data with quality checks to see if values entered are within acceptable limits.
- Easily inactivate task groups for an analyzer that is no longer in use.
- Manage tasks according to their frequency.
Manage Department Reminders for your Team
Set up reminders for your team and each user will be notified by email once per day with a list of past due reminders.
- Easily add reminders for your team under the Dept Reminders tab.
- Setup reminders by description, last date performed, and frequency.
- Easily visualize past due reminders with color coding.
- Email notifications are sent to alert your team for past due reminders.
Customize Department Reminders for Past Due Tasks
Easily set up custom notifications for each departmental reminder.
- Email notifications for past due reminders are sent to all department users by default. With this option, you can turn on/off notifications for each user.
View Maintenance Log of Completed Reminder Tasks
Keeps a log of all checked off reminder items for audit review.
- Manage record of completed tasks with relevant information like date completed, task description and user initials.
