Calculates the Mean, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variation of Recovered Data

Easily calculate the Mean, SD and CV of your recovered data.  This is useful for accuracy and reproducibility studies, establishing QC values, and for calculating the 95% confidence interval of an assay for your sample population.

  • Fill out the form on the left with all relevant information and data sets.
  • Preview screen on the right will give you a preview of the printed report.
  • Enter each data point separated by a comma.
  • Graphs your data points for easy visualization.
  • Save and load data into the database.
  • Reports show your mean, SD, CV, 1SD range and 2SD range.

Determines the Linearity of Recovered Values from Analyte Concentrations throughout the AMR

Easily determine linearity of recovered values by calculating the slope, y-intercept and the coefficient of determination.  This is useful for biannual calibration verifications, initial setup of new analyzers and verifying results throughout the AMR.

  • Fill out the form on the left with all relevant information and data sets.
  • Preview screen on the right will give you a preview of the printed report.
  • Enter up to 5 dilution levels.
  • Enter recovered values in triplicates.
  • Uses known target values if available.  Otherwise, target values will be calculated based on the recovered values.
  • Assay limit is set to +/- 10% by default for most assays.
  • Save and load data into the database.
  • Reports show your slope, y-intercept, coefficient of determination, report interpretation and associated graphs.

Determines the Correlation Coefficient of Recovered Values from Two Data Sets

Easily determine correlation of recovered values from two data sets by calculating the slope, y-intercept and the correlation coefficient.  This is useful for comparing recovered values to prove correlation between two analyzers like during the installation of a new analyzer or determining correlation between main and backup analyzers.

  • Fill out the form on the left with all relevant information and data sets.
  • Preview screen on the right will give you a preview of the printed report.
  • Enter as many data points as needed for each method.
  • Save and load data into the database.
  • Reports show your slope, y-intercept, correlation coefficient, report interpretation and associated graphs.
