Staff Schedule Viewer with Color Coding and Easy Share
Staff can view their own as well as their team’s schedule with a color coding system for easy visualization.

Manage Vacation Requests and Automatically Update Schedules

- Supervisors can easily share open shifts to staff by email or text message, or automatically send open shifts to eligible staff daily.
- Supervisors have the option to add incentives or pay modifiers to each open shift.
Automatically Generate Staff Schedule Using Preset Templates or with AI
Generate staff schedules with a click of a button using preset schedule templates or automatically assign staff using AI.
- Run the auto scheduler manually with the click of a button or automatically on a certain day of the month. If done automatically, new schedule will be sent automatically to each staff’s email and new schedule alerts sent by text messages.
- Choose between using preset staff schedule templates, do-not-schedule-together list and holiday schedules or automatically assign staff to available schedules using AI .
View RN Coverage Alerts
Easily view RN Coverage alerts to ensure compliance of 8 hours of continuous RN coverage each day.
- Color-coded alerts for days with insufficient RN coverage.
- Highlight scheduled RNs on the monthly schedule.
