This subprogram is used to manage your department's inventory items, setup email notifications, setup minimum ordering threshold, generate an order list and monitor item quantities and expiration dates.

View All Items in your Department's Inventory
Easily view your department’s inventory items, set up filters and groups, and monitor PAR levels and expiration dates.
- Color coded and easy-to-use user interface with alerts for items below PAR levels and expired items including items that will expire within 30 days.
- Easily find items by groups or by using matching keywords.
- Easily manage each line item by double-clicking on them.
- Items are grouped according to their respective lot numbers and expiration dates.
Add New Items to your Department's Inventory
Setup new items and add them to your department’s inventory database.
- Add new items to your database and enter related information like item description and group, company name, reference number, PAR level and associated purchase order entry if applicable.
- UPC-A Barcode Capable
Add or Remove Items from your Department Inventory
Whether you’ve just received a new shipment of reagents, or just emptied out a box, you can add or remove items from your database to update your list.
- Search items by scanning the barcode on the box, entering the reference number, or finding inventory items with matching keywords.
- Once a match is found, you can enter the lot number and the quantity to add or remove.
- Alternatively, you can add or remove inventory items right on the main inventory screen by double clicking the line item.
Automatically Create an Order List for your Department
Generate an order list for your department using an AI algorithm which will take into account each item’s PAR level, inventory availability and expiration date.
- Generate an order list with a click of a button.
- Shows the last time each line item was ordered in a color-coded column to avoid duplicating orders of recently ordered items.
- Shows the reason for ordering whether it’s for low item quantity or reaching expiration date.
- Export your list to your team’s Department Inventory Order List.
Department Inventory Order List
Effectively collaborate with your team when it comes to ordering inventory items with the Department Inventory Order List. In addition, you can export this list to Purchase Orders to place your orders.
- Directly send the order list generated from Generate Order List of Inventory Tracker.
- Team members can modify the list and add department notes if needed.
- Team members can suggest how many units of each item to order as an added option.

Automatically keeps a log of any changes made to your inventory database.
- Adds a time stamp to each user activity.
- Keeps track of inventory item details including lot numbers and expiration dates.
Manage your Inventory Items with Inventory Manager
Manage details of each item in your department’s inventory database.
- Modify item details of inventory items.
- Rename or Delete inventory items from your database.
- Inactivate items that are no longer in use without deleting them permanently from your database.
- Modify associated Purchase Order Entry for placing orders.
