This subprogram helps team supervisors and administrators gather peer reviews from their team members for employees' annual evaluations.

Program Features
Manage Assigned Employee Peer Review Requests
View all employee peer review requests sent to you by a supervisor.
- Share your opinions on your coworker’s performance by answering a few simple questions.
- Performance level is numbered from 1-4, with 4 being the best performance.
- Comments are required for each question to complete.
- Save your progress and complete the review at a later date or time.
- Once all questions have been answered, click Send Completed Review to send the final review to the supervisor.
- Requesting supervisor will receive an email notification once a review has been completed.
Manage Questions for Peer Review Requests
Customize your questions and add Question Groups so you can send different sets of questions to different employee types.
- Add as many questions as you want for peer review requests.
- Create Question Groups for instances like when you need different questions for employees within the department and those from outside the department.
- Easily reorder questions by drag and drop.
Assign Peer Review Requests to Team Members
Send electronic peer review requests to team members to gain valuable feedback on their peers.
- Send peer review requests to your team so they can share personal experiences with their coworkers.
- Add recipients to your peer review request and select question groups for each employee.
- Add a deadline to your request.
- Employees will receive an email notification that they have received a peer review request from a supervisor.
View Completed Peer Review Requests
Review peer review requests sent by employees after completing them.
- Once a review is marked as completed by an employee, the sender will receive an email notification of the completed review.
- Easily read through peer reviews sent by employees with their performance rating for each question and associated comments.
- Export reviews to a message box to be printed or shared by email.
Assign Team Supervisors and Administrators
Manage your team’s supervisors and administrators and assign employees and departments who report to them.
- Easily add users to the supervisors list. This is a shared feature with other Infosys subprograms requiring supervisor-level approval.
- Assign departments to supervisors.
- Add approval exceptions to supervisors for certain employees they don’t have approval authority to even if their department is assigned to the supervisor.

- Password protection and encryption
- Managed Security: Assign Users and Administrators on your team.
- Only 'My Peer Reviews' will be available to non-supervisors. Other functions will be grayed out.
- Custom Software: Additional Features can be added to meet your needs.
