Working in healthcare made me realize the importance of having custom software that adapts to your current workflow, and not the other way around. What we do with shared documents, common files, or even with pen and paper can be made a whole lot easier if you have the right software right at your fingertips.

Our Story

The story on how the company came to be started out with an American dream. Ian Tiu was a Clinical Laboratory Scientist from the Philippines who came to the United States on a temporary work visa to expand his career and pursue a better life.

While working full time as a clinical laboratory scientist, he became a self-taught programmer, got into .NET programming, and developed simple programs for the laboratory. He is all about maximizing productivity, optimizing team collaboration, and taking on menial tasks to make things easier.

His vision expanded when he saw the need for custom software outside his department. Hence, he created Infosys, a proprietary custom software mainframe that allowed him to create a limitless number of subprograms all into one software.

Now, the hospital relies on Infosys for various tasks like tracking service requests, managing over-the-counter meds, occupational health charges, record keeping, temperature and maintenance logs, and so much more.

2023 is the year he started his own company, IGTSoft LLC, with the aim of making custom software solutions more affordable and available to companies and industries, even those outside of healthcare. We invite you to partner with us and become a part of our company’s story.
