"Our lab team uses Infosys every day and we really love it. We use it to document that QC is done every day, we maintain our calibration records on it, and we even use it for PTO request. Ian has been great to work with if we ever have new ideas to add to the system, he finds a way to incorporate what we need into the system."

"Infosys is a wonderful tool.   We use it to notify our ancillary patients when they have a patient ready to be seen (Patient Tracker).   Also, there is a calendar available to put all our hospitals meeting and Specialty clinics on.  The calendar is so handy, at a glance you can tell what is scheduled each day.  Who wouldn't want that!   Another enhancement is a calendar for employee days off.  Once a PTO request has been approved on Infosys it goes on the wonderful calendar so that you can view at a glance who is off.  This is another favorite tool of mine."

"Infosys has allowed staff to submit work orders to our Maintenance and Housekeeping staff in a timely manner. Each Maintenance/Housekeeper can determine how they wish to receive work order alerts, either through email or text message. Infosys allows us to track what has been completed, by who, and what parts were needed for future reference.  It also sends additional reminders to us about orders that have not been completed by their due dates, ensuring tasks are not forgotten!"
